Are you passionate about Dynamics 365 and ready to take on a key role in a dynamic and innovative company? Nippon Gases is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our European team and drive the implementation and support of our cutting-edge solutions across Northern Europe and Germany.

About the Role:

As our Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will be the focal point for implementations in Northern Europe and Germany, with SAP as the ERP system. You will be part of a dedicated European team that supports over 1000 users across 13 countries. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions, contributing to the success of our Industrial Gases business.

The role is two-folded. As part of the technical responsibilities you will:

  • Collaborate on technical decisions for current solutions and ongoing projects.
  • Maintain the integrity of information stored in the Dynamics system.
  • Provide second-level technical support for Dynamics solutions, liaising with external vendors.

As part of the project management responsibilities you will:

  • Monitor and control activities assigned to external vendors and other teams.
  • Work directly with business users to understand their needs and gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on business solutions (Infrastructure, Integrations, ERP, Information Security, Data & Analytics).
  • Propose solutions to business needs, maximizing the features and benefits of Dynamics 365.
  • Drive consistent usage of the Dynamics system and adherence to processes.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Preferably, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
  • Project management studies or certifications (PMI, Agile) are a plus, but not required. 

We are looking for someone with over 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, including both functional and technical expertise in implementing modules such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service. You should have a proven track record in leading functional analyses, configuring Dynamics 365 modules, and coordinating customizations and integrations with other systems, ideally SAP - S/4HANA. A solid understanding of data models in Dataverse is preferable, along with experience in supporting and training business users in the effective use of Dynamics 365 functionalities. Additionally, you should have experience defining business processes and requirements, preferably within the Industrial sector.

In addition we are looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High self-management skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Open to new challenges and eager to continue learning about business processes and Microsoft-related technologies.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in any Scandinavian language (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish).
