Join us for new adventures in the offshore industry as our new Tax Manager!


Floatel International is in an exciting phase and did a complete Norwegian high-yield bond refinancing earlier this year securing financing to 2029. The bonds will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and the Company is considering an IPO later this year or early 2025. Floatel is now looking for a skilled Tax Manager who can contribute to our further development. The Tax Manager will be responsible for the Group’s corporate tax matters, including but not limited to the parent company, transfer pricing, and indirect tax principles. You will be a key person in ensuring that the company operates in accordance with national and international taxation rules.

The role will be located together with senior management in Oslo, and report directly to Group CFO. 


Main responsibilities

  • Manage corporate tax matters for the Group, including tax reviews, audits, and documentation
  • Responsible for transfer pricing and providing tax structuring and documentation support
  • Advise Group companies on tax filings, compliance, and transfer pricing rules
  • Second-line expert and competence resource for group companies, including personnel-related tax matters
  • Ensure work aligns with company policies and report any incidents or improvement suggestions


Qualifications

  • Higher education in auditing - preferably Master`s degree 
  • Three to five years’ experience in practicing corporate tax law
  • General understanding of accounting and reporting issues and principles 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
